To close out our fall sports season polls, we're asking you to name your best female athlete. Here are your candidates:

Morgan Burchhardt (Burnt Hills soccer) -- Scored 17 goals and assisted on 30 more for the Section II Class A champion Spartans.

Taylor Driscoll (Saratoga cross country) -- Won the Section II Class A title and led the Blue Streaks to the Sectional team title and second-place finishes at the state and Nike Team National New York regional meets.

Meghan Malone (BH-BL soccer) -- Led the Spartans with 20 goals.

Julia Samson (Shenendehowa swimming) -- Won an individual title at the Section II meet and placed third in the 200-yard individual medley at the state championships.

Siena Wilder (BH-BL volleyball) -- Named the state tournament most valuable player after recording 38 digs to help the Spartans defeat Pittsford Sutherland in the Class A finals.
