The forum with an empty seat - Updated
On Thursday, Sept 6, The League of Women Voters hosted a Meet the Candidates Public Forum for those seeking the Senate seat in the 43rd District. The venue was the Maple Avenue Middle School and the event took place at 7 p.m.
Marchione bows out of debate
Kathleen Marchione, who is challenging incumbent Roy McDonald in the Republican primary, announced she would not be attending the event after Edward Gilbert, who is challenging Marchione on the Conservative line, was invited. Marchione accused the two candidates of colluding against her.
Library budget pokes above $4M
Clifton Park-Halfmoon Library seeks five for trustee positions
