    ADVISORY...WHICH IS IN EFFECT FROM 2 AM TO 11 AM EDT THURSDAY.
    * LOCATIONS...CATTARAUGUS AND ALLEGANY COUNTIES. GREATEST SNOW
    AMOUNTS ACROSS THE NORTHERN HALF OF THE AREA...WITH THE LOWEST
    AMOUNTS NEAR THE PENNSYLVANIA STATE LINE.
    * TIMING...A WINTRY MIX WILL CHANGE TO ALL SNOW LATER THIS
    MORNING. HEAVIEST SNOW FROM LATE MORNING THROUGH THIS EVENING.
    * HAZARDS...HEAVY SNOW...BLOWING SNOW...AND FREEZING RAIN.
    * ACCUMULATIONS...SNOW ACCUMULATING 6 TO 11 INCHES TODAY...3 TO
    6 INCHES TONIGHT...AND AN INCH OR LESS THURSDAY...LEADING TO
    STORM TOTALS OF 9 TO 18 INCHES. ICE ACCUMULATING UP TO ONE
    QUARTER OF AN INCH TODAY...LEADING TO STORM TOTALS OF UP TO
    ONE QUARTER OF AN INCH.
    * WINDS...NORTH 20 TO 30 MPH WITH GUSTS UP TO 40 MPH PRODUCING
    AREAS OF BLOWING AND DRIFTING SNOW.
    * WIND CHILLS...AS COLD AS 15 TO 20 BELOW LATE TONIGHT AND
    THURSDAY MORNING.
    * VISIBILITIES...LESS THAN A QUARTER MILE AT TIMES.
    * IMPACTS...A WINTRY MIX DURING THE FIRST HALF OF WEDNESDAY WILL
    PRODUCE VERY SLIPPERY TRAVEL. MIXED PRECIPITATION WILL QUICKLY
    CHANGE OVER TO HEAVY SNOW BY MIDDAY WEDNESDAY...WITH SNOW AND
    BLOWING SNOW LASTING THROUGH THE EVENING HOURS. THIS WILL RESULT
    IN VERY DIFFICULT TRAVEL WITH DEEP SNOW COVER ON ROADS AND VERY
    POOR VISIBILITY.
