    ACROSS THE NORTHERN HALF OF THE AREA...WITH THE LOWEST AMOUNTS
    NEAR THE PENNSYLVANIA STATE LINE.
    * TIMING...EARLY WEDNESDAY MORNING THROUGH LATE WEDNESDAY NIGHT.
    * HAZARDS...HEAVY SNOW...BLOWING SNOW...AND FREEZING RAIN.
    * ACCUMULATIONS...SNOW ACCUMULATING 5 TO 9 INCHES WEDNESDAY AND 3
    TO 5 INCHES WEDNESDAY NIGHT...LEADING TO STORM TOTALS OF 8 TO 14
    INCHES. ICE ACCUMULATING UP TO ONE TENTH OF AN INCH EARLY
    WEDNESDAY.
    * WINDS...NORTH 15 TO 25 MPH.
    * VISIBILITIES...AS LOW AS A HALF MILE AT TIMES.
    * IMPACTS...A WINTRY MIX DURING THE FIRST HALF OF WEDNESDAY WILL
    PRODUCE VERY SLIPPERY TRAVEL. MIXED PRECIPITATION WILL QUICKLY
    CHANGE OVER TO HEAVY SNOW ON WEDNESDAY...WITH SNOW AND BLOWING
    SNOW LASTING THROUGH THE EVENING HOURS. THIS WILL RESULT IN VERY
    DIFFICULT TRAVEL WITH SNOW COVERED ROADS AND VERY POOR VISIBILITY.
