    * LOCATIONS...STEUBEN AND CHEMUNG COUNTIES IN NEW YORK.
    * HAZARDS...HEAVY SNOW AND FREEZING RAIN.
    * ACCUMULATIONS...5 TO 8 INCHES OF SNOW AND UP TO ONE TENTH OF
    AN INCH OF ICE.
    * TIMING...A MIX OF LIGHT SNOW AND LIGHT FREEZING RAIN WILL
    OVERSPREAD THE AREA SUNDAY MORNING AND CONTINUE THROUGH SUNDAY
    AFTERNOON. AT TIMES SUNDAY AFTERNOON THE WINTRY MIX MAY CHANGE
    TO ALL RAIN IN THE VALLEYS. AS COLDER AIR MOVES IN SUNDAY
    NIGHT... OUR WINTRY MIX WILL CHANGE TO ALL SNOW TOWARD DAYBREAK
    MONDAY. THE SNOW WILL CONTINUE THROUGH MONDAY EVENING.
    * TEMPERATURES...GENERALLY IN THE 20S BUT TEMPERATURES WILL RISE
    INTO THE LOWER TO MIDDLE 30S SUNDAY AFTERNOON.
