    * ACCUMULATIONS...8 TO 12 INCHES POSSIBLE WITH LOCALIZED HIGHER
    AMOUNTS IN THE HIGHER TERRAIN OF CENTRAL AND SOUTHERN VERMONT.
    * MAXIMUM SNOWFALL RATE...UP TO A HALF INCH PER HOUR AT TIMES...
    MAINLY SUNDAY MORNING AND AGAIN ON MONDAY.
    * TIMING...OCCASIONAL LIGHT SNOW WILL DEVELOP SATURDAY EVENING
