    CAPITAL DISTRICT...NORTHERN MID HUDSON VALLEY...NORTHERN AND
    CENTRAL TACONICS...AND THE BERKSHIRES. HIGHER AMOUNTS OF 5 TO
    10 INCHES POSSIBLE FOR THE SARATOGA AND GLENS FALLS REGION...
    AS WELL AS SOUTHERN VERMONT.
    * ICE ACCUMULATIONS...A TRACE TO ONE TENTH OF AN INCH.
    * MAXIMUM SNOWFALL RATES...POTENTIAL FOR 1 TO 2 INCHES PER HOUR.
    * TIMING...SNOW IS EXPECTED TO DEVELOP AROUND TUESDAY SOUTH OF THE
    CAPITAL DISTRICT SPREADING NORTHWARD DURING THE MORNING. RAIN OR
    FREEZING RAIN...AND SLEET ARE THEN EXPECTED TO MIX IN WITH THE
    SNOW...WITH A CHANGEOVER TO RAIN EXPECTED TUESDAY AFTERNOON FROM
    THE CAPITAL DISTRICT SOUTHWARD. SNOW...SLEET AND FREEZING RAIN
    MAY PERSIST NORTH OF THE CAPITAL DISTRICT THROUGH TUESDAY

    BERKSHIRES AND SOUTHERN VERMONT.
    * HAZARD TYPES...HEAVY SNOW. POSSIBLE BRIEF PERIODS OF SLEET AND
    OR FREEZING RAIN.
    * ACCUMULATIONS...7 OR MORE INCHES POSSIBLE. SOME ICE ACCRETION
    MAY OCCUR AS WELL.
    * MAXIMUM SNOWFALL RATES...POTENTIAL FOR 1 TO 2 INCHES PER HOUR.
    * TIMING...SNOW IS EXPECTED TO DEVELOP AROUND SUNRISE TUESDAY
    ACROSS THE CENTRAL AND SOUTHEASTERN CATSKILLS AND BERKSHIRES
    SPREADING NORTHWARD DURING THE MORNING. RAIN AND OR SLEET ARE
    EXPECTED TO MIX IN WITH THE SNOW DURING THE AFTERNOON. A
    CHANGEOVER TO RAIN AND SLEET IS EXPECTED AT THIS TIME ACROSS THE
    BERKSHIRES INTO SOUTHERN VERMONT. STEADY PRECIPITATION WILL
    TAPER OFF LATE ON TUESDAY NIGHT. SUBTLE CHANGES IN THE
