    * ACCUMULATIONS...POTENTIAL FOR 4 TO 8 INCHES OF HEAVY WET SNOW.
    * MAXIMUM SNOWFALL RATE...UP TO A HALF INCH PER HOUR...MAINLY
    TUESDAY NIGHT.
    * TIMING...LIGHT SNOW DEVELOP OVER THE AREA TUESDAY EVENING AND
    BECOME MORE STEADY TUESDAY NIGHT AND ESPECIALLY ON WEDNESDAY.
